I have been a tenant with Ray White Bayside for a while now and all of the property managers that I have dealt with have been helpful, understanding and professional. In saying that, when I found out my unit was being auctioned and I needed to move out, Catarina was empathetic and apologetic, she gave me the information that I needed at the time and reminded me that she was there to help me. I checked the Ray White website for similar units in my area and when I found one I wanted, she assisted me with my rental application over the phone, booked an appointment for me to look at the property and introduced me to Ildy. Ildy again was helpful and professional and my application was processed very efficiently. I am very happy with my unit, which is actually much nicer than my old one and I really appreciate the assistance of Catarina and Ildy at a time when I was feeling vulnerable and concerned.
