Like most in the same position as us, we contacted three local agents asking if they would be interested in managing the letting of our property. All three responded, but by the time the silver and bronze medallists reached out, Ray White were on their lap of honour having already responded, answered our queries and set out a schedule of next steps. We dealt with Suzanne Younes and found her to be very polite, knowledgeable and organised. Within days of moving out Suzanne was at the property with a photographer, arranging the listing and inspections, and very soon after liaising with the successful tenant. In addition to marketing efforts and arranging the tenant, Ray White have also indirectly provided additional services around professional cleaning and safety inspections. We are very happy with the level of service received from Suzanne and her team so far, and look forward to a long and successful future relationship.
