My first contact was with Indiana and she was very approachable and was great with communicating the steps in the process for me and any updates. Indiana was very informative and helpful with emails and phone calls, I didn't need to ask anything because she was ahead of me with updates. The utilities connection was offered by Ellie and had I not already organised my own provider I would have used this service. The water was taken care of by Ellie and my provider did the rest. I have had a really pleasant experience with all your staff which is much appreciated because moving house is usually time consuming and stressful but it's great to have the rest taken in hand by such a professional group of friendly people at Ray White Cheltenham.

I recently leased a unit from Ray White Cheltenham. Indiana Willenberg - the agent showing the property - could not have been more helpful. As I am relocating from Sydney, Indiana made arrangements so that I could visit the property before the start of the lease so I could take measurements of the rooms to figure out whether my furniture will fit! It really helps when the agent you are dealing with has the empathy to understand your individual situation and works with you to make your move to your new home a success. Thanks Indiana!

Do not even bother using these realtors! They do not even conduct the inspections themselves they have no idea about your property and get all the information wrong! They are rude, try and hold onto your money and just have no idea how to communicate and get things done! If you want your property to sit around for months with no action by all means get these so called realtors in but if u want action do not bother! They have literally no idea what they are doing! They are now fired and we are moving onto much more professional and committed team over at Buxton! Records speak for themselves so see you later Ray White! Thanks for being completely useless and showing us what we don’t want in a realtor! I suggest you send your staff to real estate training and communication training if you want your business to last!

Very pleased with the service from all the team at Ray White Cheltenham. I would say that all of the property management team have been involved in some way to assist with recent renovations and advice prior to the successful leasing of my mother's unit. Their response times were fast and knowledge much appreciated. Well done!

For past 6+ months I have had a very bad tenant not making the rental payment. This had caused mental and financial stress on me, however Elizabeth Chokshi made sure the whole situation is being looked after. She was phenomenal at her job keeping me posted on every steps till the tenant moved out. It was also very impressing to see property was leased out within a week once listed to public.
