On our first visit to our new home Kevin greeted us at the front gate with a welcoming smile and story about his new found fame on TV! A few laughs and we were off and running through the house for the first time. Over the course of our next 4 or 5 visits we were welcomed by Elise Russell but Kevin made sure to reach out for our thoughts. Auction day dawned and once again Kevin's enthusiasm, knowledge and general aura made for a laughter filled auction with plenty of side banter drawing in the crowd. Obviously being the winning bidder helped but for those who weren't successful or were just rubber necking I'm sure they'd feel the same way. Kevin managed to make us feel like part of the Ray White team by the time we'd signed the contracts.

As Vendors, we had a very Rewarding Experience with Genevieve Hill the Principal of Ray White Patterson Lakes. At all times Genevieve was highly professional, communicative , approachable and available. Her knowledge for the industry, prospective clients, the suburb she was selling in along with Rules and Regulations during a Covid Lockdown was outstanding. Our house was sold during Lockdown 6 of the Covid 19 crisis in Victoria. Thus, we were very nervous due to the Restrictions and lack of what we could and could not do to our home due to Regulations etc. At all times Genevieve kept us calm but listened to our concerns and addressed them quickly. Genevieve gave us a lot of time and support and was always there for us. When some of the Restrictions were lifted slightly some small opportunities came our ways so that we could better market our property. Genevieve was readily available but also creative in her ideas and always supportive. She has an excellent manner, a passion for her work and is a most obliging agent. They genuinely care about you and are respectful of your needs but are also honest in their approach. They take time to find out who you are, even leaving us schmackos and a personalised note for our 2 dogs in the letterbox! Kevin is a bit of a local celebrity too whenever we said we were selling with Ray White people would ask is that Kevin! Everyone had a great story to tell about him and what a good operator he was.
