Their communication throughout the campaign, as well as their marketing tools hit the spot. When there was a snag during the auction (not his fault), he didn't falter, but instead worked hard finding a buyer and getting us the best price possible. Overall, the process ran smoothly and he and his team looked after us well, even getting our cat (who had a horrible time during the process) a new personalised food bowl. Kevin Chokshi and his team including Sarah, Mia and Nakita were wonderful to deal with. We have had some experience with other agencies and I have no hesitation in saying Ray White Cheltenham definitely go above and beyond any other agency we have dealt with. From the first phone call I had with Sarah to the end result last Saturday of a sale at auction we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I think the difference with Kevin and his team is they really do their homework and it feels like they really work hard for you. They canvass all potential buyers through their comprehensive database and hold open for inspections at times convenient for potential buyers. Kevin and his team are fully approachable by phone, email or in person 100% of the time and we found everyone to be honest, down to earth and easy to deal with. Even in these tough times for sellers they still get the results because of the ground work they put in.
