We have had some experience with other agencies and I have no hesitation in saying Ray White Cheltenham definitely go above and beyond any other agency we have dealt with. From the first phone call I had with Sarah to the end result last Saturday of a sale at auction we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I think the difference with Kevin and his team is they really do their homework and it feels like they really work hard for you. They canvass all potential buyers through their comprehensive database and hold open for inspections at times convenient for potential buyers. Kevin and his team are fully approachable by phone, email or in person 100% of the time and we found everyone to be honest, down to earth and easy to deal with. Even in these tough times for sellers they still get the results because of the ground work they put in. All the way through the campaign you are kept informed of how it is going via phone meetings, office meetings, emails, text messages and so on and I think the biggest thing is you really do feel like a valued client instead of just another person selling a house! Our agent selection process was easy and got to meet with Agents immediately after reading reports about agents in area. Kevin is very personable and factual and has great knowledge of our area including trends in the current market. Once initiated, all of our marketing materials from Ray White were great. Loved the styling of our property in all area's of digital and paper marketing which led to the sale of our property. Communication and feedback throughout our campaigns with Kevin, Sarah, Mia and Nikita was exceptional. Great feed back throughout the whole process which lead to the sale of our property. Great negotiation skills from Kevin sealed the deal, very happy with our outcome in the current market.
