Selling in a tough market, Aramis still delivered.

We were selling in an uncertain market, soon after the 2026 Federal budget changes. While media coverage of the market had us a little downhearted, Aramis and his team kept at it with optimism and enthusiasm. And ultimately achieved a strong sale price. Aramis was always ready for a chat, to discuss strategy, and with advice. We were given details of both numbers and potential after each open home. Many agents can sell when property is booming. Aramis is one of those that know how it is done when the market is less certain.

Exceptional professional service in Port Stephens from Ray White Real Estate Nelson Bay.

Aramis and his team have unsurpassed local knowledge. We have found that they give considered advice and gave us confidence with all their dealings with us. Spent time getting to know us and built ideas with us

Aramis was different to the other agents we met. He didn’t rush or push us, but rather spent the time listening and then found us a place that had 80% of what we wanted. For the other 20%, he spent the time helping us design, inviting other trades to reimagine what we could do. A great experience end to end
