Being an ex, long term real estate agent, it was more than interesting to be on the "other side". What buyers seem to loose sight of, is that the real estate agent is actually working for the vendor. The vendor pays his wages. But in Aramis's case. I thought he managed to balancing act well. Of course, today's buyer will be tomorrows seller: a point not to be missed. For mine, Aramis did this well. I know he did the vendor right, by his conversations and questioning of myself and my wife Kim. Aramis, what a guy. My partner and I just purchased our very first home and we are so glad it was with him. We first met Aramis a few years ago when we were looking to buy an investment property in Fingal Bay. While we didn't end up purchasing a property through Aramis, however we were impressed by his attitude and service. We bought a property through another agent, who didn't give us the time of day after we signed on the dotted line. Needless to say that when we came to sell the property, we didn't go with that agent. We contacted Aramis, and six days later the property was sold. The good thing about Aramis is there is no spin, he is straight forward and honest. We highly recommend him.
