Aramis has been great to work with from our preliminary evaluation of the property right through to the sale. As a seller it is important to research recent sales in the area and if it wasn’t for a flyer in our letter box from Bill Knaggs Real Estate, we probably wouldn’t have had them shortlisted. It soon became apparent that Aramis had a personal touch and his price evaluation of the property was $100K more than other agents. His vision wasn’t only limited to investors with a renovate and sell attitude but how the property could be marketed to different type of buyers. In the end, we were very happy with our sale price and the property was on the market for only a short period of time. It is also important to note that Bill Knaggs Real Estate is a smaller real estate agency in the Port Stephens area, however, this tends to lead to a more personalised touch and we never felt it was just another property on the real estate agents list.

I recently listed my house on the market after 24 years. A big move, I had looked at a few apartments to move to and came across Aramis, whom I was impressed with, he really worked at selling without being pushy. So when the time cam to sell my place I knew who I wanted to list with. He is tech savvy, professional, keen, well presented and his heart is in it with a young family! I had a small hiccup just before the cooling off period, I was exhausted and he took over and sorted the problem, making things smoother for me during this period. So if you are selling, do yourself a favour and discuss it with him!

Aramis has been amazing to work with from the very first day till now. When myself and my husband drove up to Port Stephens from Sydney, I had not seen the listing for 3 Warruga str and by the time I saw the listing inspection time was over. I rang Aramis and he responded within half an hour and opened the property up for us for inspection which we ended up buying. Aramis has then helped us with negotiations with the vendor . He also allowed entry to property for building inspection, structural engineers and various tradesmen we have lined up for renovations. Aramis was on time each and every time . He was very responsive to all our calls and questions. He gave us valuable recommendations for tradesmen around the area. He has this beautiful positive energy around him which radiates outwards. Overall we rate Aramis 10 out of 10.

Aramis sold our property in a matter of weeks and he achieved a very good price for us. We'd tried two other agents before Aramis, granted it was different market conditions but Aramis showed the property by appointment and only to highly qualified buyers who were in our price range and genuinely looking to buy.
