Aramis was quite straightforward with us and easy to deal with. His initial appraisal and marketing strategy were both accurate and easy to understand, his overall market analysis and estimates of the sale price band were spot on. His suggestions on relatively minor things to maximise sale price were also well received. The pictures and video he organised really showcased the house positively. We also liked the way Aramis could read potential purchasers, keeping us well informed and following through with anyone who had potential but being realistic with others who may have been less interested. Eventual sale took a little while but was at the upper end of the realistic band he suggested, in a somewhat challenging market for higher end homes. Communications were sometimes difficult due to a move overseas during the sale process and a necessary preceding sale but we were kept well enough informed to be comfortable. Overall Aramis was honest and straight with us, built trust and could relate to people well, would recommend.

When I considered selling my property I interviewed three agents from different companies. Aramis presented well, was on time for our appointment and had good knowledge of the locality surrounding my house. Aramis provided options for marketing that were realistic for the property and an estimate of what could be expected that was not designed to inflate my expectations. During the marketing process, Aramis and his team obliged me in several ways that went beyond what I thought that an agent would do, including using his own equipment to improve the presentation of the property for interview on an occasion when I was physically unable to do so myself as I was overseas. Bill Knaggs (the company principal) also went out of his way on a public holiday on one occasion to provide access to guests when I was not able to do so myself. He did this without having anything to gain from the gesture, but certainly created a lot of goodwill from my perspective in doing so. I was very happy with my association with Aramis, Bill and the team and would thoroughly recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller. They are in my view a reputable, professional, obliging company in an industry known for individuals/groups that do not always exhibit these qualities.
