He answered all our questions or endeavored to find the answers if unsure. We were able to view the property at times to suit us and were not at any time made to feel rushed or pressured. Aramis was always contactable even out of business hours and went out of his way to meet us at dinner to hand over contracts. He definitely gives the impression that he is quite knowledgeable of the area, we found him to be honest, patient and he has a very likable personality. We were in a tricky position for the purchase of this property in that we had to sell a property to be able to make an offer. No problem for Aramis, who had an exceptional speedy sale on the property we were selling (sold before the first open house). I feel the vendors of the property had an agenda for a certain price, yet the sales strategy was EOI. This meant a tough negotiation process. Aramis kept us up to date with our numerous offers ( back and forth) to a point where we almost lost the property. As Aramis had just sold our previous property, he was very loyal to ensure we secured the purchase. Thank you Aramis!
