Aramis answered all of my questions (and there were lots of them) with knowledge and expertise. From the moment when I originally walked through what is now our investment property, I knew the feeling was a great one. Aramis answered emails, text messages and phone calls in a timely manner and really went out of his way to help us see the property on a Sunday which (living in Sydney) was unheard of. In an industry notorious for "over promising, under delivering" Aramis Pincovai is a breath of fresh air. He knows his market, has an extensive data base of potential clients, the back-up of an experienced and reputable agency and provides the vendor with realistic expectations of the possible outcome. More importantly he has the ability to negotiate the best price for the vendor. I can't comment on his marketing campaign as Aramis had the property sold within days of listing! In summary, don't waste your time listing with any other agent in the area.

We listed our property through Bill Knagg's agency as we believed that it would be to our advantage to use the only agent with an office and presence in Fingal Bay. We also figured that local, specific knowledge of Fingal Bay would be beneficial. Aramis certainly met that expectation. We found him to be very affable and open. As a local brought up in the area, he demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the Port Stephens real estate market. He communicated effectively with us at each step of the marketing and sale process.Our property sold in three weeks and achieved the price we sought. We can give no higher recommendation than to say that if we had another house to sell in "the Bay" we wouldn't hesitate to use Aramis again.

We both found Aramis to be friendly, help full and genuine in the purchase of our retirement home. He assisted us through the process with professionalism as well as good old fashion service standards. Whilst agents in essence are working for the vendor, he also helped us secure the property so that both vendor and purchaser were happy with the end result. I found Aramis to be pleasant, very helpful and easy to deal with. I had been looking for propertiess for some time and dealt with a number of agents. Some of them I found to be pushy and at times arrogant. Not so Aramis. I felt that he worked with both myself and the vendors to bring about a mutually acceptable deal. He was efficient and quick to respond to my needs. I have been delighted with both the experience and the outcome. Aramis and his team made this experience pleasant and non stressful.
