Aramis sold our mother's home and the result was truely amazing. We put the property on the market earlier this year and whilst there was good interest and people attending the opens, we were not getting any offers. Aramis suggested a few tweaks to the campaign as we went which worked to build enquiries but his suggestion to go to auction was how the excitement and demand was created. By putting a closing date on the campaign, he and his team were able to get the serious buyers to auction and it ended with a perfect situation with two both really wanting the property. We sold for WELL over the reserve and we sold to buyers who we would like to see enjoy mum's home for many years to come. Aramis is experienced, very honest with good people and selling skills. He's exactly the agent you want on your side as a vendor (we also lived in Sydney). This is the second property Aramis has sold for us and Ican't recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a great agent and team in Port Stephens, choose Aramis and Ray White The Naggs Group. I will use them again for sure.
