Real estate agent stereotypes, all abolished with Tim! He was honest from the beginning, he worked for the vendor. However, he went above and beyond to get the answers to our questions, his knowledge of the area and the market top tier. Tim has exceeded expectations with his efforts to sell my property. His market assessments were right on the mark and he immediately understood my requirement to balance time on market with best price and conditions of sale. To this end he provided me clear expectations on what price bracket I could expect and how long it would take to achieve this. Through a dedicated and extensive pursuit of buyers, he then delivered a sale right in that bracket - in about half the time. I also knew right from initial engagement where buyers sat with respect to readiness to purchase, terms and genuine interest. Once I ended up with multiple bidders, the whole Ray White team were impressive, spending significant time with each buyer, often face to face and outside of business hours, to make sure their queries and concerns were answered as they competed for the property. Shout outs to Aramis and Tony for their efforts. While I only sold with Tim, I suspect his dedication would deliver a great experience for buyers as well. As a smaller company in the area, I very much feel I made the right choice with Tim as I believe he committed more time to my property than a larger company may have provided. Tim also understood from the outset, and again went above and beyond, the requirements of selling properties for ADF members. His knowledge of DHOAS and HPAS requirements also made the decision to use Ray White much easier from our very first meeting. Finally, I quantify my review with the insight gained through buying and selling five properties in three different states over the past 13 years. That equates to about five years of working daily with what is now quite a large number of real estate agents. Tim, and Ray White Knaggs Group, really stand out as agents you can trust to treat your real estate needs as their own. Thanks for your efforts Tim and the rest of Ray White. You've made this part of the moving process much less stressful and I'm very grateful for that.

I found The whole Ray White team very helpful and supportive during the purchase of my property.
