I engaged Nick to look after the sale of a unit in Neutral Bay. From the first phone call I felt comfortable and believed that Nick was honest and therefore going to be the best agent for me. Nick gave a realistic sales figure (not as high as another agent that I spoke with) and then went on to offer advice as to how best present the unit for sale. We agreed that professional staging was the best option to achieve optimum sales price. The unit came up a treat and when we received 4 offers after the first open house. One offer was considerably higher than Nick's initial estimation Nick worked tirelessly to have contracts signed quickly. Nick was open and honest the whole way through the process and guided me through it all. We had constant contact that made the process seamless and easy.
