Simply put, in one of the most competitive markets location-wise and given the craziness that the RBA has put on the backs of investors and first time home buyers. Ben has managed to find the ideal person to take ownership of our property out of a sea of potentially delusional people that grossly undervalue the worth of a home as an asset. He has gone above and beyond, acted as a filter for us and engaged strictly where necessary, with great respect and attention to detail. Ben is very real, tells it for what it is and gets things done immediately. Overall an easy 5 stars for market knowledge, professionalism and communication.
