After purchasing through him that’s where our friendship and journey began to grow. We went to Nick when we were ready to sell to upgrade to a house. He told us what he believed our unit was worth. When it sold it was within $5,000 of that estimate which shows his knowledge. When we sold I said to him we need to find a rental. His reply “don’t worry about that I’ll find you one” which he did. Every experience with Nick has been smooth and stress free. Since that rental he helped us buy another house, and of course when wanting to sell we called Nick. Again a smooth process and came close to the price he quoted at the start. Thank you again Nick you’ve always been a great help.
