Nick worked hard and deserves every cent of his commission. In an unusual campaign impacted by a proposed heritage conservation area, Nick managed to negotiate a price with a buyer which I was happy with and the house was sold prior to auction. Nick was unfazed, easy to work with and kept me totally informed throughout the selling process. The marketing was top notch and my understanding is that in excess of 60 potential buyers viewed the property over the three advertised open houses. I highly recommend Nick in view of his clear market knowledge and experience, his selling strategy (which had to be changed mid campaign) and his professionalism.
