Kelly Morales is a hidden gem in the real estate industry. After having to deal with me and my many mood swings and changes of heart I suspect she may be an angel in the disguise of a real estate agent. She initially took on my property back in 2017 and after one of my patented changes of heart I had to inform her that I was not selling. She took it well. Alarmingly well. The property was then tenanted to a nightmare for around 8 or 9 months until I had another one of my patented changes of hearts yet again. Kelly once again took on the role of selling my property in a slightly more difficult market. To her absolute credit she got the ball rolling once again and kept the ball rolling even with a broken foot!!! All the while dealing with the easily disturbes tenant. Long story short Kelly and her cohorts did all they could and more. The property eventually selling for well above the recommended reserve price. Thanks again to Kelly, you were amazing.
