Matt takes pride in having sold over 600 properties and counting, as well as negotiating the sale of numerous record-breaking prices throughout the Gold Coast. He maintains an impressive average of 90 properties per year, equalling almost two sales a week and contributing to over $600 million worth of Gold Coast Real Estate successfully sold. According to Matt, the key to such success lies in three principles: hard work, continuous improvement and always doing the right thing by people.
After years of consistent achievement, Matt took the next step in his career and transitioned into leadership. In 2023, he launched Ray White TMG, beginning with one office in Carrara. Today, Ray White TMG proudly operates four offices across Carrara, Nerang, Oxenford and Canungra. This expansion reflects Matt’s mission to build a culture of excellence, opportunity and growth, empowering both his team and community to reach their full potential.
Beyond his professional achievements, Matt serves as a loving husband to his wife Kaylee and father to his beautiful step-daughter Jordie, who also works within the company, and baby Rocco. Known for his passions outside of work, Matt is an avid cook, a single malt whiskey enthusiast, a diehard UFC/Boxing fan and, naturally, a big kid at heart who enjoys life by doing his best to positively impact others.
His life's purpose is to be the best agent, mentor, leader, father, husband and person he can possibly be.
