Charlie settled me early meeting with the tenant and the property management on site. At all stages of the campaign I knew the path being followed and received regular updates through to SALE! We’d never used a buyer’s agent before, so we didn’t really know what to expect, but Eileen and Chloe made the whole process so easy! Eileen walked us through everything from the start and showed us so many great options, including pre market and off market places we never would have found ourselves. When we found the house we wanted, she took care of all the hard parts. She handled the negotiations with the agents, helped us understand the pricing, kept everything moving, and even checked the lights and power at the pre settlement inspection. It took so much stress off our shoulders. Chloe was so amazing as well. She was organised, quick to respond, and really lovely to deal with the whole way through.
