Communication and professionalism lacking

My experience was quite frustrating, the agent communicated in a style that was more in line with mates talking at a pub, rather than a professional doing a serious task. Information was often demanded of me within short time frames, yet minimal essential information was returned, and critical paperwork was not returned until halfway through the allowable timeframe. As the buyer, the property was poorly presented and not maintained, and the state of the property on settlement was poor with dripping taps leading to large amounts of mould build-up and leaf litter throughout the property.
