Couldn't believe the outcome.

After trying to sell my property for a year and going through multiple agents and hearing absolutely everything known to man about why they didn't sell it... I was an inch away from giving up and deciding to keep it for another few years and try again. I was then recommended to Matt Micallef and was sceptical due to hearing a lot of the same crap I've heard before, but I felt like he was different... He was genuine and down to earth and proved to me through data and a proven track record that if I went with him and spent even more money, I would actually get the result I was looking for... Paid the money... A month later, I got the sale... Couldn't speak highly enough of him and the team, and backing up everything he says and promises. So, in an industry with a reputation for agents talking nonsense, I strongly suggest using Matt because it's rare to find someone who stands by their word and delivers on what they promise.
