The best of the best
I had never met Lindsay Southwell prior to the day that I walked into his office and said that I wanted to sell my house. From that moment onwards I have never felt so relaxed about a property sale or felt so confident in who was handling that sale, in all my life. The whole process was explained to me thoroughly along with advertising options etc, so I signed up. It was only a matter of days after being listed that an agreement on sale price was reached and contracts signed. Lindsay was constantly touching base with me and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Prior to listing my property, I put a little time into finding which estate agents were having successful sales etc, and came up with Ray White Real Estate, and this of course led me to being introduced to Lindsay Southwell. Wxcellent experience
Wade was flexible and accommodating of my needs as a seller needing a quick sale of an investment property and went above and beyond to resolve issues raised by the buyer in a very timely manner. He managed to negotiate the price with the buyer and increase the initial offer substantially. Very happy with my experience and have and would recommend Wade to other sellers and buyers.

Fantastic Agent
Ben sold both of our properties, number 7 & number 9 Blackdown Street Harristown during 2018. It was such a pleasure to work with Ben. We provided him two properties that were challenging to sell as the style of renovation and price we were chasing did not match the particular suburbs demands. Although this was a challenge, Ben used outstanding communication skills with both us the owner and the buyers to sell both properties. The final sale price was lower than we had hoped for, however the sale of the properties has allowed our family to move on and start a new chapter in our lives. Ben was always positive, passionate and professional. He was understanding of our needs and highly teachable, listening and respecting our ideas and opinions and other members of his team. He was a great problem solver and we loved how we were able to contact him to discuss the sale until the day of settlement, whereas in the past realestate agents had left us hanging once the contract was signed. Ray White are very lucky to have such a committed employee and we would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home.
