Excellent communication, and action responses and have high level of professionalism
I have had the team look after two of my rental properties and they have been excellent in managing any maintenance issues and repairs on my properties. They provide great communication and very prompt action if renters are moving out and property checks are comprehensive and up to date advice on tariffs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST
I originally was going to engage another Real Estate company and discovered the new Ray White location on Oxford Street Darlinghurst. From the moment I walked into their office, they have been trully AMAZING. What was becoming a very complicated process with others became so easy. They are extremely professional. They ARRIVE on time for appointments!!! They KNOW their market..... Plus......they are REALLY NICE PEOPLE If I could give them a higher rating.....I would!!!!!

Prompt professional and friendly
Ray White Taylor have been managing our investment property in Rushcutters Bay for years. They have always been professional, considerate and communicated with me everything to ensure I feel at ease knowing they are the professionals managing everything. Just now, my tenant decided to vacate and Ray White Taylor were very quick to communicate with me, advertise and then get some great candidates and have the property rented with just 2 days cross over.
