We have used Ray White to manage our Property ever since we bought it over 6 years ago. The Property Managers (of which there has only been two) have been absolutely excellent in terms of communication, transparency and hard work. They have helped us renovate the Property and are always available for us and likewise our tenants, We own a small property portfolio and Ray White are up there with our best and we would highly recommend them.

I have had several managing agents over the years, however RWT&P are by far the best. Professional, courteous and always on top of things, they only contact me when they need to and otherwise get on with their job. They have selected great tenants with no problems. Thoroughly recommend them.

Peter Taylor has been managing our properties for over 20 years. He and his team provide efficient, pragmatic and fair advice. I would imagine that landlords and tenants alike, consider them to be honest brokers. We receive very regular property reports that are extremely thorough. Our properties are let quickly and efficiently, and tenants are carefully vetted. We receive expeditious advice about necessary repairs. We often have long term, reliable tenants, which is our goal. This would be in large part, due to the services provided by Peter and his team.
