I'd invited 5 local agents to help with the selling of my apartment. I selected Walter Burfitt-Williams and Dalton Stewart of the Ray White Taylor and Partners for several reasons. Firstly, their knowledge and experience with the local area; second, the services they offered me prior to my selection such as handyman and meet the stylist; third, the marketing plan and approach - and specifically the ability to discuss options; fourth, competitive fee structure and fifth, overall positive energy and enthusiasm. Once selected we worked quickly together to have the apartment styled, photographed, copy prepared and on the market in less than seven days. They then quickly adjusted one of the photos that I was not happy with - this was all done efficiently and with agreement.
