Dalton was fantastic. I was interstate the whole time while he sold my unit and he handled everything for me including organising/supervising renovations. Dalton explains things well and to the right level of detail, has a casual demeanour and the campaign went just as he said. Walter is knowledgeable of the market, takes time with you and patient in his communications. He offered a good rate and the marketing and styling process ran smoothly. His team, Dalton and Grace were also great to deal with and very supportive. Of course I would have liked a higher price for my property - who doesn't! but the "market is the market" when you're selling. And in the end I was happy with the sale value.
