I had numerous interactions with Max at various open homes and he was always very across the property details, strata matters, nearby developments, apartment complex facilities etc. I eventually purchased an apartment using Max and he was professional throughout the whole process. Max was very responsive to my emails/phone calls and went out of his way to assist me in my due diligence (providing strata documents, arranging meetings with a building manager, organising additional private inspections). Max is highly professional, knowledgeable responsive, respectful and always affable.

We first got in touch with Max back in October 2018 when my parents looked at buying and later bought a unit at 83-93 Dalmeny Avenue, thanks to Max and his team. Due to very good experience back then my parents as owners and me as a contact person have decided to engage Max and his team in selling the same unit in 2025. From current market valuation to final sell everything was smooth and to the point. No time was wasted. I personally "never" met Max since I am currently live with my family in Vienna, Austria.
