the guidance and advice translated to a higher price for me!! when i was presented with an offer i asked for advice and MaryAnne did not want it sold because the low sale price offer would affect the value of other properties on the island and true to her word she worked to achieve a further 15% on the sale price which made me ecstatic and kept up the value of other properties. When MaryAnne says she will do it you can bet your house she will. Thank God i found her! Actually she was the only one who rang me back.
