Competent, professional and a pleasure to work with.
We engaged Marianne to sell our house on Magnetic Island around September 2022. She impressed immediately with her highly developed communication skills and her ability to quickly assess and value our property. Maryanne is also a professional photographer and the photos she took of our property were fabulous. Inspections were always organised in consultation with us to allow us time to present the property. The property sold in approximately 10 weeks and Maryanne managed the sale price negotiations and contracts promptly and professionally. Overall, Maryanne was a pleasure to work with and l have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property on Magnetic Island.
