When it came time to sell the family home we approached Julie without question. This is the second home Julie has managed the sale of in 8 years. Both were during trying economical times. Julie's local knowledge and experience of the market are a big asset during the promotion period. Julie has a knack of identifying the buyers with the most potential and with a lot of hard work on her part, obtained signed contracts for us for amounts close to our expectations.
