Mary Anne worked tirelessly in selling our house at the required price. It took 9 months of multiple offers that then fell through, an island house is a buyers dream but financial reality is new to buyers. Her communication was prompt, she was highly professional and she knew our house well, inside and out. She scheduled viewings at our convenience as well as the buyers, especially important as I work from home. Sadly we all had to deal with 'lookers' not true buyers, but that is part of house selling, again, especially on an island. MaryAnne put in a lot of time and energy, and even had to deal with weekend viewers. last minute, after hotel checkout before next ferry viewers and MaryAnne treated all with dignity and respect. A pleasure to deal with and, if I had another house to sell, I would use MaryAnne again. Also, I was attempting to buy another home on the other side of Australia that depended on the sale of this house and the added pressure of that was often overwhelming ,but MaryAnne was always by my side, even in times of tears.
