Selling a house is a very stressful and emotional time for anyone. The current climate in the property market is not very kind for the seller and my husband and I felt very disheartened at times with the whole situation. Jan took all of our concerns in her stride, she never once got annoyed at our rants, listened to all our concerns and talked them through with us until we all felt comfortable with where we were heading. Jan worked her bum off and got us a sale price that we were told by other agents would not be possible.
