I met Dhaval at an open for inspection as I was in the market for a house. I didn't buy the house but had a long chat with Dhaval at the open about the Truganina house market. My initial impression was that he was a reputable agent and my intuition was telling me a professional operator. I ended up buying a house that was marketed through another company , I had an awful buying experience and the agent demonstrated he was only concerned about his owns interests. Anyway I then had to sell my old house and contacted Dhaval to market the property. Dhaval proved professional , reliable and responded to me quickly. Ultimately my house wasn't that easy to sell , however when a genuine offer came in, Dhaval managed to get the price up to a level I was happy with. I was stoked with the final price I got for the property and the settlement went very smoothly. I received the balance of the deposit within 2 hours of settlement going through. Overall I would say Dhaval was reputable, patient and professional.
