Honest direct and nothing was a problem to big for Dhaval a man of action not just words.
From our first meeting Dhaval had already gone above and beyond to ensure I was able to view the property I later purchased, for all he new I could have been a absolute time waster however he still went out of his way to get me through the property. If the shoe was on the other foot and I was the vendor of this property i could not expect any more from any one. Through out this whole process I felt as he was working for both me the purchaser and the vendor compared to my other property purchases were I felt I was on the other side and not given all the facts and possible problems ahead. Dhaval was straight forward he gave me a informed choice of what I was purchasing, he then helped with a over complicated contract and navigated between me and the vendor and to put us all on the same page that we were on but drifting apart on over the Christmas break due to simple negotiations not being properly communicated, this is we’re he shined. We are only here today in our new home in Rock bank Because of him otherwise I’d still be searching the market not relaxing in my home.. Ohh and thanks for the gift it was not necessary as your service was enough. Thank you for everything.

Roy has got a good understanding of the market in Truganina. Excellent communication and constant feedback was given during the selling process. Although we did get into extensive negotiation and Roy was helpful during the whole time. He is friendly and is always available for his clients.

The best agent i've dealt with period.
I've been hunting for a property for a good two years now so I've dealt with a fair share of agents. During this time, things became substantially harder when I needed to move abroad and of course when the pandemic hit. Most agents I dealt with generally reactive negatively or didn't bother to respond when they found out I was abroad. Those who did acted like it was a burden to conduct video inspections or record a video. Generally house hunting while not physically there is very difficult for the obvious reasons but also because some agents just did not take me seriously. Then I emailed for details on this property and happened to get Kartik. I explained my situation and asked if he would mind doing a video inspection. He was happy to do so and actually suggested recording it so that I could re-watch as needed. He happily added me on a chat-app of my choice and sent the recordings over. It should also be noted that there was a 4-hour time difference between us, yet he would happily communicate with me after business hours, keeping me up to date on the process. Very responsive with requests and to cap it all off, he drove to the vendors house in Wantirna at their request to collect signatures at around 9-10pm, which is about an hour each way from where he is based in Truganina. You rarely get someone who takes this level of personal responsibility and goes beyond the call of duty. I personally owe this man a drink as he helped bring to a close a 2 year quest to land a property and cannot recommend Kartik enough.
