Mark has helped me to sell a block of land recently. The selling process was not smooth in the beginning as the buyers asked for payment extensions. I was thinking if the buyers were serious to buy my land and I wanted to cancel the deal but Mark did not give up. He continued to negotiate with me and the buyers. Finally, the sale was settled. We met Mark and Blake when we initially came to inspect the property.Mark was straightforward and honest with us to let us know seller's expectations in terms of the price.Once the price was finalised, we liased (almost on daily basis) with Blake regarding our regular inspection requests, building inspection and other information/queries wrt the property.
