We first met Laura one day when we randomly walked into Fletcher's Real Estate approximately 18 months ago. We were moving up to the Gold Coast from Melbourne to live and wanted a local agent to help us find a home. Laura was very helpful and had us placed on their data base so that we could receive regular emails. Upon finding a house we were interested in on Real Estate .com, we contacted Laura and Robbie to find out when there were going to be inspections. We flew up from Melbourne and looked at the house. Robbie was at the house and greeted us in a very warm and friendly manner. We arrange to meet with Robbie after the inspection to put in an offer. That night we received a message to meet with him at 9:00am the next morning and in no time we agreed on a price. Because we had to return to Melbourne that day, Laura and Robbie helped arrange building and termite inspections for us....and the rest is history!
