Daniel was the agent who sold my wife and I our first home. We were a little disillusioned by the buying process. Time and time again we came across agents who tried to pressure us for information and coerce us in to buying properties that we were not interested in. Daniel was as genuine and honest as they get. He called a spade a spade through the whole buying process and we valued his authentic approach. He was approachable and always available to us through our buying process. Found Ken to be an excellent agent. He was always respectful of our needs and we had tenants in our house and Ken always was very very respectful of not upsetting them or putting them out in any way which meant a lot to us as sellers. Ken always gave us feed backs on a regular basis and kept us in the loop on what was going on. If I was ever gong to sell another property I would have no hesitation on calling on Ken to be our agent again and I would recommend him to any family member or friends.

We engaged Ken Jacob to sell our house in Tallebudgera Valley in late 2014. He went about the task with diligence and intelligence. He kept us informed at all times of progress. He was respectful of our view on various aspects of the selling process and was happy to discuss options where they were available. Ken's persistence, experience and knowledge of this market were key to us achieving a sale at a great price. The two valleys are not high volume markets. Ken never panicked and always stayed focused. In the end, we were very happy with the price we received. We think the buyers were also happy. There was no trauma in the negotiating process. Ken did a great job of bringing it together. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any sellers or buyers who want an experienced and professional agent to help them into or out of their home. As a bonus, he's also a genuinely nice guy which makes it all that much easier. We are not friends with Ken nor have we been paid or otherwise compensated to provide this review.
