I cannot speak highly enough of Anthony, and the service he has rendered me in finding the property at 1/7 Morris St, Umina Beach. Anthony took the time to show me the merits of not just the residence, but the local neighbourhood as well, includng local facilities such as butchers, hairdressers, retail outlets, and the local craft beer bar. All important to me in making my decision to purchase the property. Anthony also negotiated with the vendors, so that items such as the kitchen refrigerator, the lounge suite, the washing machine and the wall-mounted flat screen TV unit, were included in the very reasonable purchase price, saving me thousands of dollars. Anthony also took the time to introduce me to some of my new neighbours, which really impressed me as well. This is my first real estate purchase, and I am really impressed with Anthony's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner, all of which made my decision so easy in the end. You hear all sorts of horror stories about real estate agents, but Anthony is certainly the exception to all of those pre-conceived ideas. Can't speak highly enough about this young man. Lastly, Anthony will be helping me even after I move in, by guiding me in getting a few jobs that I want done, like getting a pergola built out the front of the villa. How many real estate agents would do that?
