When choosing a suitable property manager, I believe landlords are looking for a person who will be an open and honest communicator, someone who is proactive and follows through on their word and has their investments best interest at heart. For the first time landlords it’s a property manager who will treat their home as if it was their own and guide them through the leasing & management process, A manager who will be there to not only reassure them that their property is in good hands, but to show them how they can maximise their rental return and maintain a quality property. As senior property manager, I ensure the team remains at the forefront of the industry participating in training sessions with the Ray White network . The systems and procedures that are in place are to ensure the property manager’s day can be as manageable as possible, and their focus can be on exceptional customer service. For me personally, I hope to continue to grow with the Rental Department and ensure we are delivering the highest quality of service.

Tracey has a great capacity of knowledge for current legislation and closely follows rental market trends enabling her to impart valuable advice to landlords and give qualified guidance, crucial to maximising investment potential. Matching tenants with the right property is critical to Tracey’s ability to maintain occupancy rates, zero tolerance for arrears and ensure positive returns to her clients. In addition to a detailed and hands-on understanding of Property Management, Stacey possesses an exceptional work ethic and customer focus along with an organised, reliable nature. As a result, she will consistently deliver positive results for our investors.

With over ten years of customer service and management experience along with her own personal knowledge and experience in the property industry, Kirbie's role as property officer encapsulates her two passions of people and property. Chelsea is a great communicator with a strong work ethic and a friendly disposition. Her attention to detail is reflected through her work and she is always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Whether Chelsea is liaising with landlords and tenants, completing ingoing condition reports, preparing lease packs or assisting with open inspections, she is dedicated to providing the best possible service and possesses an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency, approaching every task with a ‘can do’ attitude. Exceptional professionalism and very good communication skills.

As a tenant, my experience with Ray White Unanderra was superb. They demonstrated remarkable professionalism and communication skills, making the process seamless. Additionally, property manager Tracey Martin exceeded expectations. She's highly approachable, helpful, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Impeccable Service

Rebecca and the team at Ray White Unanderra have gone above and beyond in their role as managing agent for our residential rental property. During this time of Covid-19 restrictions we have been unable to visit our property and organise repairs necessary after the removal of a bad tenant. Rebecca was fantastic in consulting with us and then organising and overseeing the repairs and maintenance to ready the house for a new tenant. She was also proficient in our Insurance claim being assessed and accepted to our advantage quickly. She then had a tenant vetted and ready to move in as soon as the repairs were completed. We would recommend Ray White Unanderra to anyone looking for property management.

Great Service

From when I enquired about renting the property all the way through to now being a tenant in the property the whole process has been easy and seamless. Our property manager Rebecca is friendly and gets it done!
