Looking for the perfect Real Estate Agent is a daunting task, but after reading review after review we came accross this incredible human John Kay. Johns reviews on his website Ray White Unanderra were undoubtedly the best i had read, which was hard to beleive as not having any experience in the buying or selling of real estate we were a little sceptical but we thought why not give John a chance, and arnt we glad we did. Sitting down with John and his business partner Lindsay for the first time in a small coffee shop was so comfortable, not once did i feel pressured into anything, they explained everything i needed to know and more from beginning to end, after a few hrs of their time they had both answered all my questions, there was no pressure to sign anthing, i felt very at ease that we could contact them when we were ready to sell. During the whole selling process from signing the initial paperwork to the open houses, organising inspections around not so compliant tennants, taking my many many phone calls and finishing the sale John was professional, considerate, trustworthy and honest and most of all always had a smile and a goodmorning or aftenoon, a real gentleman.
