For us only fallback was timing of the auction, in hindsight Sunday afternoon on Fathers day wasn't ideal as everything felt rushed as people wanted to get home to their families and for that reason we feel we didn't achieve our stretched target of the sale price. However we would recommend and will be engaging Shiv and his team for future real estate dealings.
