Could have been better!

Amit's communication was good, however, his lack of local knowledge I think cost us our desired outcome from the property we sold with him. We thought that he needed to work for his clients sincerely. We thought that he somewhat pushed us to sell the property in a haste and impatiently. He even took deposit from prospective buyer without consulting with his fee paying client first, and the price was well below the minimum selling price he promised in the agency agreement. He may not have the local knowledge that he portrayed initially. Spend a lot of money in 'Marketing' but only staged the property for merely more than a week. At the end there were some disagreement with the reimbursement of remaining deposit and he didn't even honour the 'quoted' cost and overcharged us. Could have been better!
