Eli was honest and upfront for what he felt the property would sell for when we first met him, and even though it was higher than we initially expected, the final sale price was at the upper end of that range. During the sale period he was frequently updating us via text and keeping us informed of each open house result, potential buyers and offers. This allowed us to be patient and wait for the right offer to come along.

The best word to describe Shumi is efficient. From the moment I contacted her about a property, she replied promptly, then kept in touch every step of the way. She explains everything very clearly, she is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, and she is very pleasant to deal with. when i engaged with Peter to tell my place he gave me a time frame and a price range.. It was sold within the time frame and at the upper level of the agreed price range.

We entered the market with a plan of what we wanted, and Eli was confident that we should get that. Within 2 days a lot of other agents were also selling in my area same size home and in some cases larger however they dropped there price considerably and continued to drop. I had no intension of dropping that much and Eli also backed himself and said because of what the competition is doing it will make it hard but at no point did he suggest or encourage me to drop price to match the others. Eli and the team could have pushed me to drop the price to get a quick sale but he showed integrity and put my interest first and supported us and did not say we were being unrealistic. Long story short we eventually sold for a great price compared to what others were going for and we were happy with end result. I Would recommend to any seller, and when my parents decide to sell there home Eli will be the first person i call.
