I feel fortunate to make contract with Peter as my sales agent. Peter sold the property with superb efficiency when we found that my property manager from another agency being unprofessionally ignorant and let the tenant leave the property without any efficient communication with myself as the owner. Which Peter found out and informed me when he inspected the property. Not only that, Peter's office staff members were superb in finding me tenants with much higher rent to help me reduce that unforeseen stress caused by that other agency! Peter was also helpful and successful in negotiating with the buyer to settle before the official deadline period which also helped me a lot to reduce the financial stress. If I buy again or sell again, I shall definitely do it through Peter and his team.
