Confident, reliable, knowledgable and no pressure.

Room for improvement
Eli was polite and gracious, and I believe well intentioned, but he needs to understand the importance of accuracy and checking facts. Buying a property is a big deal. If a prospective buyer asks what the quarterly outgoings are, precise figures must be given. In my case some fees were much more than the amount stated. Also unprofessional was not getting back to me about significant bathroom works that were previously done. If you say you will do something you must do it. If you cannot, you could say why not or what you have tried so far. Again this information is important and may have affected whether the sale went through or not.
