A great success for selling my Toongabbie apartment with Alex from Elders
Alex was very knowledgeable of Toongabbie apartment market. He gave me a price guidence, but did not advertise the sale price. I contacted Alex after seeing the recommendation from Find an Agent website. It turned out that my choice was the best I made as I found a very professional selling agent not only he helped me to sell the property very quickly, but also helped my old tenant to find a new rental property so I will be free to market mine. He was very attentive and responded promptly for all my queries. He managed to sell my property on the first open inspection, mainly due to his advice on presentation and improvement. I received a price close to the upper limit of my expectation.He engaged a good team for styling, photography and marketting.
