Where do I start, Matt gave 110% from start to finish. Having never sold a house before he immediately put me at ease and was able to answer any Qu's I had with the expert knowledge. I had a few estate agents to view the property and I can honestly say Matt gave the most realistic selling price, not trying to over sell in order to get the house on their books. The photos/brochure of the house were done very professionally and to every little detail in order to get the best outcome.
