house purchase by auction

We've met Craig during the open inspections prior to the auction. I've been to several auctions on behalf of the public trustee and have to say that Craig provided detailed research regarding the property, which I haven't found with other agents. Although he answered all my questions and was always approachable, he still kept his loyalty towards the seller. The auction was well organized with quite a lot of registered bidders and a very efficient auctioneer.Just before settlement Craig helped us out, when our floorboards arrived a day earlier than planned. He was there within an hour (although far from his office). My experience with Craig was excellent, and his professionalism is accompanied by a subtle dose of humour, which I appreciate very much.
