Property sale
Before signing up with Alan I met with quite a few other real estate agents , Alan came out on top as he is genuine,honest, so helpful, resourceful and keeps the line of communication always open so you know exactly what is happening during the sale process, this combined with his extensive local knowledge are the qualities that makes Alan a top agent. Exceptional Result / Highly Recommended
I met Katrina when first looking to buy and liked her easy, friendly and professional manner. So when it came time to sell, I chose Katrina for those same reasons. Our property was not an easy one to sell, with a limited market in a high price range for Mt Victoria, but Katrina persisted all the while providing constant feedback on inquiry and inspection results. And always with the same friendly, energetic, honest and easy to deal with manner. After a difficult campaign impacted by both bushfires and Covid, Katrina achieved a sale at our list price which was absolutely exceptional!

Absolute Legend
Peter appraised and sold our place. He set it at the right price and we sold after only 7 days on the market. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted for it. We had a difficult time with the purchasers, but Peter was professional and really helped push the sale across the line. Not all real estate agents have the patience and persistence that gave us. He always kept the communication open, and truly went above and beyond what I would have expected an agent to do.
